Hello from a soggy Udon Thani, Thailand! After an 18hr flight from LAX, I woke up to the sounds and smells of Bangkok and wondered how a foreign country could feel more familiar and navigable than my own home country. Guess that’s the side effect of living overseas for 5years. So it’s good to be back and in the airport to catch another flight north, I ran into a happy crew of Rustic Pathways summer staff. We’ve been up here in the Ricefields for training for a week now, the Western, Thai, Laos, Cambodian, and Burmese teams all joining together and sharing there specialties and smiles. We’ve been super busy from 6am-10pm, but here’s some stills I’ve snapped of the festivities while I’ve been here. Enjoy!
