Melktart

Saturday morning we donned our aprons, whipped out our special ingredients and Juliette (aka the electric mixer) and in no time flour was flying, smack talk ensued and the best melktart challenge was issued! I blinged my crust out with fancy edges scoring points in the aesthetic category, while Jono went more for the taste choosing a deep dish pie pan…Together we conquered the incinerating box that doubles for an oven and out popped two of our greatest baking achievements yet!
