It’s Spring!
And time for planting, of course!
This is my absolute favorite time of the year! When small seeds put out feelers and roots and cling to the soil of life. Lineayah, 9, from our Mariposa Youth Garden, has been gardening with us for over 2 years. She shows the younger students the right way to pull fat carrots from the ground and how to turn the soil and make it fluffy and ready for planting. There is only one thing I love more than Spring it’s self! Spending it with students at the Mariposa Youth Garden!
